If you need to replace the old bow with a new fancy one, then just get the previous one released by bow opener and replace it by new one. This may require use of watchmaker’s hammer if the new one is not entering into the space and needs a little push.

If there is a need to get the battery replaced, then just open the pocket watch from back side with the help of case opener and replace it. Or if you want to replace any other part, you can do the same.
